Order Questions

For a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, photographs of the item and packaging, where available, can help us assess the problem.

Please do not send passwords, full payment-card details, Social Security numbers, or other unnecessary sensitive information.

Shipping and Delivery

We offer free standard shipping throughout our stated U.S. shipping area.

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Estimated transit time after dispatch is 7–15 business days, giving a combined estimated delivery period of approximately 8–18 business days.

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery period, or tracking shows a delivery problem, contact us with your order number so we can investigate.

Return Requests

To request a return, email christinewilliams429750@outlook.com within 30 days after delivery.

Please include your order number, the items you wish to return, and the reason for your request.

Obtain return authorization before sending your package. Once your return request is approved, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label and return instructions. The label is provided after approval; it is not included in the original package.

We cover approved return shipping costs and do not charge a restocking fee.

Return authorization allows you to send the item back. Final refund approval follows inspection of the returned item under our Return and Refund Policy.

Return Inspection and Refund Timing

We will complete our inspection and email you a decision within 3 business days after the returned package is delivered to our designated return address.

If your refund is approved, we will issue it to your original payment method within 10 business days after approval.

For an approved return, the combined inspection and refund-issuance period will therefore be no more than 13 business days after we receive the returned package. This period does not include the time the return package spends in transit.

We will email you when the refund has been issued. If the return does not meet our policy requirements, we will explain the reason and how to contact us about the decision.

Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the credit after we issue the refund. The 13-business-day maximum covers our inspection and refund issuance; it does not guarantee that the credit will appear in your account within that period.

Please contact us if:

  • More than 3 business days have passed since your return was delivered and you have not received an inspection decision.

  • More than 10 business days have passed since approval and you have not received confirmation that your refund has been issued.

  • You need assistance locating an issued refund.

Include your order number and, if available, your return tracking number.
